Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit this site.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run a newsletter, so we hold no name, address or payment information about you.
What is collected automatically when you load a page:
- IP address (usually truncated by the analytics providers before we see it)
- browser type, device type and operating system
- which pages you viewed, in what order, and for how long
- the site or advert that sent you here
- approximate location, at city or region level
- how you interact with a page — clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement (see Session recording below)
Cookies and similar technology
This site and the services embedded in it use cookies and comparable identifiers to measure traffic and to attribute sales to the site that referred them. Affiliate tracking in particular relies on a cookie being set when you click a product link, so the merchant knows the visit came from us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some measurement will be incomplete.
Session recording and heatmaps
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people actually use these pages — which sections get read, where people stop scrolling, and which links get clicked. Clarity records your interaction with the page and lets us replay it as a session, and it aggregates clicks and scrolling across many visitors into heatmaps.
Two things are worth being precise about:
- This is not a video of your screen and it does not use your camera or microphone. Clarity reconstructs the page from its published code and replays your interactions on top of it.
- Text you type into a field is masked by default and does not reach us. We do not run forms that ask for personal or payment details anywhere on this site.
Clarity also receives a label identifying which comparison page you landed on and, if you arrived from an advert, the search term recorded in the link. Microsoft processes this data under its own terms — see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use your browser's private browsing mode. The pages will still work normally.
Third parties
We use outside services that process data on their own terms:
- Microsoft Clarity — analytics, session recording and heatmaps, as described above.
- Advertising platforms, including Google Ads — when you arrive from a paid advert, the platform that served it may record the visit and any resulting conversion, so we can tell which adverts are worth running.
- Affiliate networks — to credit purchases that started here.
- Our hosting provider — which keeps standard server logs.
When you click through to a merchant, you leave this site and that company's privacy policy takes over. We have no control over what they collect.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles about you for resale, and we do not share data with anyone beyond the service providers described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to certain processing. Residents of California and of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have specific rights under the CCPA and the GDPR respectively.

Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
