What to write about
- Corrections. If a price, ingredient or guarantee term on this site is wrong, tell us what it should be and where you saw it. We will check and fix it.
- Questions about a ranking. Ask why a product placed where it did and we will explain our reasoning.
- Privacy requests. To ask what data we hold about you or to have it deleted, see our privacy policy and write to the address above.
- Business enquiries. Partnership and advertising questions are welcome at the same address.
What we cannot help with
We are not a seller and we are not a medical service. We cannot process
orders, issue refunds, track shipments or cancel subscriptions — for any of that, contact
the company you bought from directly. And we cannot give medical advice or tell you
whether a product is safe for you; that is a conversation for a qualified healthcare
provider.
